The striking metallic colors on the wings of some butterflies change depending on the angle from which they are viewed. The wing color of one species, according to research is so pure and intense that it can be seen from half mile away! The butterfly's wing is indeed remarkable! Never fails to delight me every time I see one.

I love to cook and love to watch the Food Network on expertsatellite. I have two favorite cooks, but used to have three. My two favorite are Rachel Ray and Paula Deen. I used to like the Barefoot Contessa, but recently heard a story on the news that made me stop watching her. I do still have her cook books and like her recipes but was really disappointed in her. I don’t think that it is a rumor because I have heard it from a number of different sources. A six year old little boy who was involved in the Make-A-Wish Foundation loved the Contessa and her cooking too. His wish was to get together and cook with her one time. Apparently, she said “No!” and said that she didn’t have enough time. Can you believe that? It just sounds heartless and terrible. So she got so much bad press that she contacted him and said that they could do. By that time, the little boy’s parents were so upset by the fact that she said no before that they were no longer interested. I don’t know about you, but that is a really terrible story!! The little boy should have called Paula or Rachel. They would have cooked with him!

The traditions that are celebrated are often times going to be determined by the families the celebrate them, as well as the areas in which they choose to live. Different countries and cultures have different ways of celebrating the same holidays, no matter which ones they may be. Deciding on how to celebrate the holiday is really going to depend on the choices of the families that celebrate it.

She has migraine

My sister, since she was 9 years of age. It was usually triggered by some random stuff like sudden change of weather, a certain kind of food, mood, and smell. She was sensitive to light and noise too. She looks really in pain when it attacks her. Chronic migraine is like that and once it hits you, gotta deal with it and learn how to manage.
